Sade Live: A Review – Soldier of Love Tour Posted on August 4, 2011January 29, 2018 By Dangerous Lee Sade Live: Soldier of Love Tour Until today, I didn’t realize that Sade is truly a living legend and icon, one that I grew up on. I love her music dearly. Her live show was amazing and so was her voice and the band, just wow! She even shook her booty a lil’ bit for the crowd! I do have one regret; I wish my seats were facing the stage instead of having a view from stage left because her set design and use of video imagery was absolutely beautiful. Sade also gave us a variety of style/wardrobe changes including her signature slicked back ponytail, a pinned up bun, and hair flowing freely. She also wears high heels for a short time at the beginning of the show (a rarity for her) , then slips into some flats, and ends the show in bare feet. I loved it all (except for a lady sitting behind me that spilled a drink on my back) and I would definitely pay for a higher priced ticket to see her again. Bravo Sade!
