Bokally: One of the top reasons for business failures, besides cash flow, finance, and other money issues, is the lack of pre-planning activities or appropriate business infrastructure. We really excel in working with Owners, Managers, and Administrators, hearing their vision, and helping them to accomplish their goals. We have done this professionally for years and found that it really brings us joy. Our firm, Urbanetectonics, LLC offers management solutions for those Owners, Managers, or Administrators who have management problems. It is difficult for these types of roles to come forward to express that as a leader I made need third party assistance but the alternative at times is failure. We are a safe place. We want them to succeed. BGA: I’ve observed that customer service and business structure are largely lacking within businesses in the past decade. How can this be changed for the better? Tanesha L.
