
It’s summertime, so bring out the blender and try one of the recipes below:
Cool Cucumber Soup: Cut 6 cucumbers, blend well and drain excess water. Add one cup of fat free greek yogurt, salt, pepper and garlic to taste and blend again. Chill for a few hours and serve! (Feel free to top with sliced scallions.)
For the sweeter side, place in blender 4 cups of watermelon and 1 cup of fat free greek yogurt, blend well. Chill for a few hours and serve with mint!
