I know that as Black women we have not received our due credit. We deserve more credit in business, in Hollywood, and in the world. It’s time the world stopped looking at us as second-class citizens, and recognized us for the Queens we are. I am extremely proud of the work I am doing. I am not just doing it for myself. I am doing it for all of us. For everyone who was told that Black women can’t be successful, or wealthy, or we can’t work together or we can’t lead Fortune 100 companies. I am embracing the evolution of what Black women are now achieving. I plan to continue inspiring Black women everyday to venture into the mass media industry and change how we are portrayed on television, as well as in business as company heads!
