Movie Review: Cowboys & Aliens Posted on August 1, 2011March 8, 2021 By Dangerous Lee Cowboys & Aliens This film should have been titled Cowboys vs Aliens! It was okay, but not great. Much of it was predictable and silly, but it’s an entertaining film. There’s a dog that steals the show and receives the most screen time, so I was disappointed that it did not receive proper credit at the end of the film. The aliens are bad ass and ugly as hell, and they have an obsession with gold. Harrison Ford plays a mean, racist old man very well. He may just have a new niche. Olivia Wildes’ character may get on your nerves appearing overly made up and very dramatic for the era, but once her “secret” is revealed it makes sense. Daniel Craig, well, he wears stolen chaps very well! Anyone know where I can get a pair? Dangerous Words Don’t Support Michael Jackson’s Xscape? You Don’t Get What He Stood For! Posted on May 16, 2014December 7, 2020 Don’t Support Michael Jackson’s Xscape? You Don’t Get What He Stood For! And, quite frankly you’re missing out. There are more than a few bangin’ tracks on Xscape and it’s much much better than the Michael project that was released a few years back. I am actually pleasantly surprised that… Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)MoreClick to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window) Read More
Dangerous Words Movie Review: Captain America Posted on November 4, 2011January 26, 2018 This is one of the many comic book character movies that I wanted to see because it didn’t look corny or like a cartoon come alive. I loved this film! I especially love how it made fun of itself, the story line was perfect and the ending I absolutely loved…. Nice review. When you go to see a movie called ‘Cowboys and Aliens,’ you don’t expect high art, and that’s fine by us. But if the film itself has problems with taking itself too seriously, that spells trouble, mainly because when you have five writers that’s never a good sign. Still somewhat fun entertainment. Check out my review when you can!
