Movie Review: Alvin and The Chipmunks – Chipwrecked Posted on December 19, 2011March 14, 2018 By Dangerous Lee It was a helluva lot better than the last Chipmunk movie. The storyline was plausable because that pain-in-the-ass, Alvin, would of course cause trouble on a family vacation. I didn’t really dig Ian’s (David Cross) character in this film because I felt he was out of place and the rip offs from Cast Away made it a lil’ corny to me, but the music and cutness factor make it very likable. Songs by Lady GaGa, Willow Smith, and Destiny’s Child were sung as well as a few oldies. It’s definitely one for the whole family because everyone will get something out of it. Dangerous Words Movie Review: Sucker Punch Posted on July 26, 2011June 7, 2021 A sucker punch is described as an unexpected blow. Sucker Punch, the film, is all about women giving men unexpected blows (no pun intended), but the film also seems to be an excuse for women to be sexy badasses. I’m not mad about that fact, but other than that and… Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)MoreClick to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window) Read More
Dangerous Words Movie Review: Melancholia Posted on April 23, 2012May 22, 2021 Melancholia Means Deep Sadness or Gloom Melancholia first came across my radar because of the hoopla surrounding Kirsten Dunst appearing nude in the film. I believe that was a ploy to get people interested in this under the radar film, but the plot is what interested me the most. The… Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)MoreClick to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window) Read More
