How To Safely Trim Your Waistline In 30 Days Or Less

Excess belly fat and a non-existent waistline increase the risk of developing health problems. There are natural and inexpensive ways to find your waist again and do it in 30 days or less. Don’t use abdominal machines, fad diets or special drinks and do avoid colon cleansing.

Diet

Cutting back on the amount of food you eat at every meal is one of the best ways to reduce your calories and fat intake. You will not need to count calories or buy diet foods, just eat less. One sure way to cut back on your portions is to use a smaller plate. It has been proven by nutritionists that if you use a salad plate versus a dinner plate you will psychologically feel you are eating the same amount.

Pack your own lunch. Fast foods are definitely not the best way to lose weight and bring back your waist. If you eat in the company cafeteria you will be eating fillers, sodium and added fats plus preservatives that damage cells in your body.

Exercise

A great key to reduce your waist in 30 days or less is to be physically active. You do not need to do awful crunches or jog miles early in the morning. Just take a 30 minute walk at lunch or after dinner four days a week. Work in your yard, garden, play with kids and take pets for walks on a daily basis.

Clean your house just a little better and work that vacuum. This will help you burn more calories. If you add just a little more physical activity to your life you will begin to see a reduction in waist size.

Do the twist. For at least ten minutes a day stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Keep your arms perpendicular to the floor. At your own speed, twist at your waist and in a side to side motion. Avoid turning your head and stop swinging your arms. Focus on your waist muscles.

Keep away from getting dizzy by twisting slowly. Do this on a daily basis and you will see your waistline shrinking. Results are guaranteed in 30 days or less. Be consistent and persistent.

Tonics

Drink natural fat-burning drinks and tonics. Avoid expensive acai berry products and above all do not do colon cleanses. Reach in your pantry and pull out the apple cider vinegar. You can also drink apple cider vinegar once a day or before every meal. Mix one teaspoon of vinegar to an eight ounce glass of cold water. Do drink slowly. The taste is not gourmet, but chugging will give you a stomach ache.

Just like all weight and body toning regimes, you do need to be consistent. Twist, eat smaller meals and utilize the benefits of apple cider vinegar to safely trim your waistline in 30 days or less.
