If you’re closing in on 40, you may have started dreading it. Maybe you’re feeling “over the hill” or like you’re on the verge of a mid-life crisis. Make your body feel younger.
If you’re not already leading an active lifestyle, your doctor has probably told you that you should be exercising and eating right. Aside from just getting your doctor off your case, being active and healthy will make you feel better and give you more energy. If you’re already active, crank it up a notch and sign up for something that will push your limits and give you a goal to reach. Depending on your level of fitness, try a charity walk, a 5k run, or even a half or full marathon. Not only will you feel great, but reaching your goal will give you something to be proud of and make you feel young all over again.
Go ahead – get the surgery you were thinking about.
If the big thing that’s dragging you down is that you’re starting to look older, you’re not alone. Wouldn’t it be nice to look in the mirror and love what you see again? Maybe you can’t go back to your 20s, but you can look more like it. If you hate your new wrinkles, consider Botox or another option for facial rejuvenation. If you’re a woman and your chest doesn’t look like it used to, consider a breast lift. Whether you’re a man or a woman, your midsection has probably grown in size with age, but you don’t have to live with it – try liposuction.
