Attracting Mr. Right is easier than you may think. Contrary to popular belief, attracting the man of your dreams isn’t all about looking like a supermodel or making a lot of money.
Here are three key ways to attract Mr. Right.
Love yourself. It sounds like a cliché, but it’s crucial that you love yourself before anyone else can love you. This doesn’t mean you are in love with yourself, it means that you know who you are and like it. It means that you treat yourself with high regard and don’t settle for less than you deserve in any aspect of your life. Most importantly, loving yourself means that you don’t need anyone else to love, you simply want them to. When you need love, it’s because you’re unfulfilled in your own life and trying to overcompensate for what you are lacking. But when you want love, it’s to add to your already full life. It becomes a part of your life, not your entire life’s focus.
Enjoy yourself. While it’s impossible for every activity we do to be something that we love, keep an eye on how you spend your time. When you engage in activities that you enjoy, you naturally become attractive to the opposite sex. They see you having a great time and looking satisfied and happy, and want to get in on that! Think about it. What person would you want to spend time with? Someone who is happy and engaged in their life, or one who seems to hate everything they have to do all day? Easy. The positive person is always the most attractive.
Think outside the box. If you want to get different results in your love life, you have to start doing different things! Change breeds change. Take up a friend on their offer to set you up with their hot co-worker, or take the plunge and sign up for an online dating site. Doing things you’ve never done before might feel scary at first, but putting your heart on the line is most often highly rewarded. Maintaining an open heart and mind is the only way it will work though. Remember what we said about being positive? The same goes for dating, even when it’s frustrating. Not every date will give you butterflies, quite the opposite actually. Remain positive through the dating process and you’ll be going on your last first date sooner rather than later.
