Skin care is supposed to be associated with femininity, or at least, that’s how it’s portrayed. Men are expected to exfoliate with axel grease and WD-40, even if those aren’t the best cleansing products in the world. It doesn’t matter what you have between your legs – you could benefit from some of the “girly” skin care tricks in the world. You just have to know what to try. Here are some simple and effective techniques that could make you look better in the long run.
Mint Masks
A guy wearing a mint mask would inevitably be a funny sight to see. There is no way around that. In wearing something like this though, you could really make an impact on the tightness of your pores. Men inherently have large pores anyway, and those pores invite toxins in that you probably don’t want on your skin. Try a mint mask treatment at home, and you’ll soon see a difference in your complexion.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a unique process that involves the removal of dead skin cells. You can use a special tool to scrape away the outermost layer of your skin, sort of like you would with a power sander and a piece of wood. As you sand away all the nasty elements of your skin, you will leave an opening for new skin to form. That new skin is going to come out soft and smooth.
Mineral Makeup
Alright, hear me out now people. I’m not suggesting that men start wearing makeup on a day to day basis. I just think it’s smart to try for concealing pimples. It is guaranteed to blend into the skin a lot better than liquid makeup, and it can heal the problem while it conceals. You may feel a little funky with cover-up on your face, but it could be just what you need to get through a bad breakout.
Moisturizer
If anything, men need moisturizer throughout the day more than women. Their skin is naturally dryer and rougher than their female counterparts’, so they need something that is going to hydrate and nourish the skin. That is where moisturizer comes into play. If you can find a product with built-in SPF, that would be ideal. Otherwise, just use moisturizer once in the morning to keep your skin feeling its best.
Suck up your pride for a day and give one of these options a try. You might be pleasantly surprised by what you see. As long as you grunt a couple times while you apply exfoliates to your face, you should be able to maintain your manliness

Washing your face twice every day having a gentle, all-natural soap and tepid water will help to reduce breakouts. Rinse your face with tepid water. You also want to make certain to cleanse the skin following working out. Use a mild cleanser and scrub gently. Harsh scrubbing will only worsen the problem.
