When people reference this line, what they are referring to is the belief that by consuming red beans and rice, the buttocks will become larger as a result. As much as one would hope that a miracle remedy to cure flatness and bestow some curves would be so easy, sadly, it is completely untrue.
There are those who are naturally well endowed, and others that are not. For those that are naturally endowed, that simply means they have the mass to work with, that does not mean the mass is working. You can be given the bricks, but that doesn’t mean the house has been built.
What follows is going to be a quick instruction on what needs to be done to make your assets the something worth investing in. There are two directions that will be taken dependent on whether you are over weight, and trying to lose weight while keeping the booty intact, or are skinny while lacking the weight where you want it to be. Both roads however lead to the same destination, which is a proper workout focused on the gluteus maximus. To truly make that booty pop, there are specific workouts that, without a doubt, tighten and allow the haunches to prosper.
Downsizing: Loosing Weight But Not The Wazoo
If you are larger, attempting to loose weight, all while trying to keep the weight where it should be, there should really be no surprise as to what needs to be done. First you are going to need to focus on your diet, ensuring you lower your caloric intake, while still receiving the proper nutrients needed. Once you get your diet in check, you are going to start focusing on exercising. Overall you are going to want to exercise your entire body, not just your rear. The reason for this is hopefully obvious.
Upgrading: Acquiring A Caboose But Not The Whole Train
If you are of a skinnier physique, and want a little junk in the trunk, it may be hard to hear, but you’re going to have to gain some weight. You can’t make something from nothing, this isn’t magic. Luckily however, that doesn’t mean you have to gain weight everywhere. The weight gained will mainly be muscle, so there is no need to start eating the proverbial red beans and rice, or attempting to eat fatty foods.
This will, however, also work. If you gain weight by eating more, some of that weight may make it to your bottom. But this is uncertain, as well as a foolish and lazy way to go about it. Mainly, you just have to eat healthy and do the booty popping exercises and everything will work as it supposed to.

To start lets go over some of the more simple exercises that can be completed to transform flat into phat.
First and foremost, you need to do one of the oldest exercises known to man, you need to run and you need to run hard. We’re not talking about jogging, which will help, or a brisk walk, which will also help. But we’re talking about sprinting, really forcing those muscles to work hard. You also need to run frequently, as once a week is better than nothing, but it’s still close to nothing.
The second best exercise is without a doubt squats. You don’t need weights, though they will help and there are specific squat exercises that involve weights. The important thing is you just need to be doing endless squats of every nature; wall squats, lunges, jump squats, etc.
The third best exercise for a booty romping workout is hip lifts. There are numerous types, but the idea is you either lie face down or up on the ground, and proceed to lift and hold your legs, at different heights and angles, switching between various speeds of movement.
Overall, Yoga involves numerous positions that require you to hold a posture that works out the butt. So it would be silly to not quickly throw this onto the list, the only down side, as far as working out your butt is concerned, is that whole classes do not revolve around focusing on your rear. I’m sure there are classes that can, or even do, but generally they tend to cover a wide array of muscle groups.
The last point I would care to make, and this goes for any activity, is that the more there is to be received when more is put into it. Exercise is hard, lame at times, and exhausting. But what could be expected to gain if you first don’t go through the pain. So it’s better to truly try when you work out rather than go about it in a listless manner.
