While many people have expressed scepticism about the relationship between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, they can’t deny that the socialite and rapper make quite the fashionable pair. Recently spotted in the city of lights for Paris Fashion Week, Kim K and Kanye have been snapped at high-profile collection showcases, including the Stephan Rolland fashion show and Valentino’s haute couture exhibition.

The two have finally been taken seriously now that their relationship has lasted longer than Kim’s short-lived married to NBA player Kris Humphries. Following a long line of celebrity couples who have had their names mashed together, Kim and Kanye have officially been christened ‘Kimye’ – the sure sign of a long-term relationship in Hollywood.

Kimye Breaks it Down in True Parisian Style

It is well-known that Kim Kardashian is a style aficionado. Paired with Kanye, who recently launched his latest Nike Air Yeezy edition and his very own fashion line, Kim has recently been recognised as one of Hollywood’s most fashion-forward celebrity’s – right down to her right-hand man. Co-founder of Dash, the Kardashion branded clothing store, as well as the designer of her own fragrance; Kim has proven herself to be a talented businesswoman who knows her stuff when it comes to donning stylish high couture and urban chic outfits that accentuate her best assets.

Soaking in the the Parisian air, both Kim and Kanye have been seen walking through the city in an array of stylish ensembles. From Christian Laboutin heels to sexy crop tops and floor-length black silk skirts, Kim is said to have been raking in the complements from designers who approve of her noir head-to-toe look.

Kanye and Kim have appeared to enjoy their time spent at Paris Fashion Week, despite Kanye’s somewhat dour expressions. Caught by photographers leaving a party hosted by Louis Vuitton, Kimye spent the evening hobnobbing with elite party-goers. The cocktail dinner took place at the Paris Ritz and included famous celeb guests Kirsten Dunst, Sophia Coppola and Catherine Deneuve. Not only have they gotten to spend time with some of the industry’s most lauded fashion designer, the couple were also invited to share an evening meal with none other than Israeli supermodel, Bar Rafaeli.  

If flaunting their connections at Paris Fashion Week was on Kimye’s agenda, their trip was a success. The main clue that was given away from the snapshots taken of the attractive pair was that Kim and Kanye are the couple to watch – and not just to see if their relationship actually lasts. With style oozing out of their envious wardrobes, Kardashian and West are also rumoured to be giving each other fashion advice. Clearly the results are right on point.
