I am an internationally recognized artist known for drawings and sculptures of dancers–many in the nude.
Why is being racy so much fun?
I love what I do as an artist and in my daily life. If others interpret working with nudes as racy– who cares. I have fun and make a living doing it. Be honest–how could drawing and sculpting some of the most beautiful people on earth not be fun.
Any advice to prudes or sticks in the mud?
Get over it. God made people nude. It was Satan who caused people to feel guilty about their bodies. The human body at its best is one of the most beautiful examples of the perfect balance of form and function. People should be more upset about people living unhealthy lifestyles, showing each other disrespect, perpertrating hatred and violence, etc. than about an artist depicting beautiful bodies.
