Brain hacking is a new technique for re-tuning your mind and freeing yourself from stinking thinking. This can be achieved at the subconscious level through a combination of brain waves and binaural beats. If that’s too spooky for you, you can also try hacking your brain at the conscious level. You can think of this like cognitive behavioral training (CBT), affirmations or positive visualization.
You can change your behavior by changing the way you look at things. Say, for example, you want to lose weight. For the first few days, at least, a certain amount of hunger is inevitable. When hunger strikes, don’t reach for the potato chips. Think of it as a sign that you are making progress. Instead of feeling deprived, convince yourself that you are being successful at reaching your goal.
